A kitten that has never turned into a cat, Charlotte enjoys living with her rodent friends in Hidden Hollow and never lets go of her Teddy while following around her friends on adventures on the riverbank.

PENELOPE
Most residents of Hidden Hollow refer to her as ‘Old Penny’ as she is one of the oldest residents of the Hollow. Having been through most of Hidden Hollow’s history, Penny gives sage advice over her daily tea she always has in her garden.

A hippopotamus from a far off place, Humphrey wandered into Hidden Hollow looking for a way back home, but has yet to find it. He continues his research for a way back home, but in the meantime enjoys living in Hidden Hollow.

RUBY
Ruby collects all things ruby coloured, and only eats things that are red. Known for seeing the world through rose coloured glasses, Ruby is the most positive and cheery person in Hidden Hollow.

BOBBY
Young and curious, Bobby lives with his grandparents in their hollowed out log on the riverbank, and is always wondering what is going to happen next. Bobby is sometimes mischievous and is always looking to pull pranks on the unsuspecting residents of Hidden Hollow.

PETER
A penguin from a place much further south than Hidden Hollow, Peter awoke one day after a snowstorm to find himself in Hidden Hollow. Welcomed by the other residents to stay, Peter lives a comfortable life in his new home and spends many hours at the beach.

JAMES
One of the youngest residents of Hidden Hollow, James explores the area with great curiosity that sometimes gets him into trouble. James also likes to follow Marcel on adventures down Critter Creek.
